Staff were very very helpful.
I liked this perfect hotel, it did not disappoint. The room was neat and new-fashioned, had iron and ironing board, and television. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, short walk from the train station, so it was really easy to travel around. Restaurants and bars were short walk from the place.

The hotel is fairly clean, the staff are incredibly welcoming and pleasant and location is incredible. Its rooms are spotless and immaculate with a shared bathroom, tea, a thick carpet as advertised. The downstairs bar is a nice plus.

The Standard Triple Room was spotlessly clean with comfy beds-perfect for a good night's kip! Plus, the staff were proper legends. We also loved the buzzing pub below, though we didn't get a chance to indulge. Nearby, hit up Yo Sushi for fresh bites and The Hour Glass for a cheeky pint!
On the flip side, the lack of a bathroom bin was a bit of a downer for my partner. The shared toilet situation wasn't the most ideal, and could've been better planned. A private loo would've made it perfect!

The location is perfect, just across from the station. Our room was clean and comfy with a TV and hand sanitiser. The pub downstairs was great for food and drinks. Only downside was the tram noise outside. Great value for the price and the staff were super friendly, even left us water!

I was impressed with the clean, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The hotel's location was perfect-just a short walk to the train station. Room amenities were thoughtful, including a kettle and tea selection, which I appreciated.
More seating in the common areas would be nice.

Great place for a quick stay!
I was just there for a night, but it was awesome. Close to the station, so dropping my bags was super easy. The staff were really nice-had the night manager take my stuff to my room while I went out. Wasn't expecting a shower in my room, and the towels were really good too. Only thing was the shared shower, a bit inconvenient.

Temperatures in the room are quite chilly due to limited radiator output!!! Plus, lacking bedside lights makes it inconvenient to turn off the light while in bed, disrupting the peace!!!
